self-study:Write a tutorial summary and action plan

I have studied here for a week which is a hard week for me to study in a new education system.The heavy homework makes me focus all my brain on the research and some paperwork.But actually I do like this way of study.I find it is interesting and it can improve my academic skill.
After talking with Steve,I know my reseant situation of my study.My biggest chanllenge is my limited vocabulary in English.I can't understand some words's meaning in class which impacts my understanding of teacher and meterials in class.Steve gives me some ideas to help me with vocabulary:

I do think they are helpful for me to improve me vocabulary.And I also discover that GUONG's method to improve his vocabulary---make some notes when meeting a new word,check it in a ditionary and write down the meaning.I think it is a good method to remember and use the new words .
furthmore,my writing is also my weakness.I can't master how to write a academic essay.I have to take action to improve my writing.

My action plan is as follow:
1.Prepare a vocabulary notebook,write down the new word(especially the academic vocabulary) ,explain its meaning in my own word after reading the right meaning.
2.Do some excises of vocabulary and writing in the weblearn website.
3.Read some academic essay to learn how to write the academic essay without plagiarism.
4.Reseach some books and websites about globalization and International Tourism Management.
